Please send us an email at customersupport@eduprimes.com in advance if you’re going to be unable to attend a class or workshop or we postpone the batch. The policies listed below will apply to refunds. We work hard to uphold the greatest levels of quality, and as with everything we do at Eduprimes, you are guaranteed complete satisfaction.
POLICY A (TRAINING)
Policy A applies to all Eduprimes’s courses under the categories of Data Science, Cloud Computing, BI and Visualization, Big Data, Programming, Web Development, Mobile App Development, Software Testing, Business Management, Digital Marketing, Finance, Database and Soft Skills Training.
Cancellations prior to the course
If you request a refund before the start of the course because you can’t attend, we will give you the whole money.
Withdrawals during the workshop
Within the first two hours, if you decide our product isn’t all you expected and you want to cancel, we will issue a 100% refund with no questions asked.
You won’t be able to get a refund after spending more than two hours in the workshop, though.
POLICY B
Policy B applies to all Eduprimes Courses under the categories of Agile Management, Project Management, DevOps, ITSM, Quality Management, IT Security, Risk Management and CompTIA.
For any cancellations by participants prior to the course:

POLICY C
Policy C applies to all Self-Paced Programs (E-Learning Programs) of Eduprimes. Cancellations would be permitted as per –

Please contact us at customersupport@eduprimes.com if you would like to extend access to an e-learning programme by one month. We will be happy to do so for a maximum of one month. You would be required to pay 50% of the course fee for extensions longer than one month.
NOTE:
- Requests for cancellation, rescheduling, and substitution must be sent to customersupport@eduprimes.com.

- Within 8 business days of the refund request, your account will be credited with all refunds.
- There are no refunds or credits available for rescheduling the training due to absences.
- Eduprimes reserves the right to change its refund policy at any time without prior notice; in the event that a change is made in the future, the purchase will still be subject to the refund policy in effect at the time of the transaction.
- If you do not notify in writing about your cancellation or reschedule, or do not attend the training, you would not be offered a refund, nor the option to reschedule.
Cancellations or rescheduling by Eduprimes
- Eduprimes reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course at any time, including but not limited to, insufficient registrations, trainer unavailability, or if the trainer could not attend due to unforeseen circumstances.
- If you paid advance fees to us for any service. you can get your 100% refund with in 3 days after 3 days we will give you credit note of 100% amount and It will be adjust in the next purchase or product.
- Eduprimes is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages that may be incurred due to a cancellation of a scheduled class.
You will not be charged for the training and will be offered full credit to a future workshop or full refund as per your preference.
